Family first brother! We don't need these saws, charts, or conversations. We NEED our family. None of us here fault you for that :)

As for the builds and dyno sheets? I know you won't have as many onlookers here, but you will have highly appreciative people who want to learn and see more and not kick the saw in the dirt (BA) ;)

I think that chart looks good.. And I would personally run it as is. As others said. That saw won't turn that in the wood. The numbers are Killer where it counts!! :dex:

I could care less about the amount of views. I'm sorta hoping to step back out of the "spotlight" a little anyway.

I'm very interested in the dyno runs though.......I just got annoyed over at AS. Too much on my plate, plus I've been feeling pretty badly. After that last round of sickness, that sorta scares me. I hope I never get that sick again.

These discussions, and the dyno charts can be helpful in a big way. I just would like to do this in a smaller, more intelligent environment. Like this one......

I doubt that it would matter Keith. There are two paths to the metering nozzle. One is thru the main jet, the other is thru the HS screw.

I did drill out the main jet on the saw some though.

It might be an air flow issue from the filter......I'd like to know as well.

But I really feel like it's a case of fuel percolation......from vibration.

Randy, we all respect your work but we respect you and your family more, as Dex said FAMILY comes first! In stressful times it is helpful to work on or be involved in something else besides stressing over the health of a family member, it helps one keep their sanity.

However no matter how much we all like to mess with the saws, no one here would be putting saws, or this forum before ones' child, no matter the age.

I also think that the rest of us should give Randy and his family time to deal with this unfortunate situation, and let him be as involved as he can with his family.

I'm gonna be in this shop......working.

    That's how I'm geared.

We have known Millie would need this valve replaced for a few years.......but it's gotten worse lately.

This round of tests will tell us if the time is now........or just near.

I have a good friend that has had the same procedure. They used a valve from a pigs heart. He's been doing great for about ten years since that operation. When you guys say a prayer for Millie......be sure you pray for those people that will be working on her too.

Ya Randy always draws good threads and adds to the threads and also gets good people involved in the threads. Its like he said though he wants less attention but Im sure he will be here for anyone as he has over on AS its just over there the jealousy and critics that he has to endure would wear anyone out. Most the good folks from over there r here anyway. Just a few bad apples over there that r a pain in the as*!!!!! Anyway Randy has alot to offer here so lets keep that in mind and give him the support or space he needs whenever that may be. We r lucky to have the expertise and informative threads he contributes and Chad also is bringing alot to the table here but also busy with work and family. Thank you fellows for everything when u get the oppurtunity to add and be here
