I was wondering after a certain amount of time, things would start hurting but that didn't happen. Hopefully tomorrow morning it feels good.

I was doing exercises four times a day but working in the woods today, I'll cut the exercises down to twice a day. Any days not working that hand and I'll do the four times per day.

Backwoods Savage, since Judy said fat chance on the C.C.C., I decided to make my first batch ever for you but since shipping is too much, I'll have to eat them with some nice cold milk.

I do have to get my spacing and size down better but they taste good.

I think I'll cook some spaghetti sauce after the hockey game for use this coming week.

I thought that we should have backup just incase you and Woodwidow come during the night and grab the cookies, spaghetti sauce for this coming week. The wife has some chicken planned for tomorrow.

I cook the garlic but don't let it get brown and then take out and put in a small bowl, brown the onions next, I use 3 / 28 ounce Cento San Marzano Peeled Tomatoes , I put one can in the blender with some frozen fresh sweet basil (if that's possible) 4 or 5 shakes of pepper flakes and half the garlic from the bowl and blend up good, the 2nd can goes in all by itself, the 3rd goes in and then the rest of the garlic and some parsley, blend it up good. I add salt and some sugar once everything is in the pot and bring to a boil for 15 or 20 minutes and then I put it on low for and hour.

I usually use some Chianti Wine but we didn't have any.

I'll take the cookies, thank you. Don't send too many to Woodwidow because campinspecter has to go easy on that stuff now.

My last P.T. session was this morning (very short) my bad hand registered 100 with my good hand registering 105 on the strength test. She said that with me getting back to work in the woods and around the house, I won't have to do the exercises but I'll do two per day through the end of September just for the heck of it. I was doing four per day before getting the ok to work the hand with no weight limits.

Good hearing the injection and PT is working for you. I’m starting to get it in my pinky finger, but I’ve got to get a couple steroid injections first before the insurance will pay for the Xiaflex. I had one shot two months ago and it wore off, so I’ve got to make the appointment for the second shot. That shot felt like my palm got hit with a hammer. Hope the Xiaflex does the job for you. It's gotta beat surgery.

Mine had been going on for around 6-8 years and when my skin started tearing at the base of my pinky, it was time to do something.

I'm not sure if they ok the Xiaflex by how bad it is, our insurance never mentioned anything about steroid shots.

I guess since mine has only recently started they insurance wantS to see if the cheaper treatment works. I’ll know soon enough. You must have suffered quite a bit over the years. Glad it seems to be working out for you.
