    Well a sons friend just bought 1800 acres here in VT got good deal, 600k. Were asking 1.2 for 2 years and took his offer. Hasn't been logged in over 100 years. He's pretty excited, as a reputable Logging Company select cut what he wants 1 more than 3/4 pay for the land and then topping the numerous sugar Maples will pay for the rest and taxes. If only I'd known about it had the money etc etc but I'm happy for him. It's not very flat land is basically the side of a mountain.

    Actually it's just a vacation home, not up for sale. The family comes up 3 or 4 times a year. If it was, I'd be all over it!

    Hill side not cliff, asked 1.2 went cheap because current use. If pull it out of tax break have to pay back taxes, except for 2 acre house site, so can be logged and tapped. Will pay for itself 2 years.
