My son busted out the drone, went straight up from the driveway 395 ft and snapped some pics around the compound.
The mountains in the distance is the Franconia notch area, about 30 minutes away. When we have a clearer brighter day ill have him face easterly to Mt.Washington and the Crawford notch area about 15 minutes away.
Awesome. It's neat to see the land from a different perspective. Chuck brought his drone to one of the gtg's and took some cool vid.
There's always a breeze except when the black flies arrive! His drone can compensate for winds, it was really blowing today.
Waiting impatiently for that date, beautiful country there, I could be happy there. No neighbors, hills and snow! Plus you and Dawn are great people
Over the years, I have tried to keep track of the weather for when it apt to be most settled. Last two weeks in July and the first week in Aug have been the most stable. But to be honest, nothing scientific to that at all and everything has exceptions. We planned to go camping during those weeks. Usually had really good luck. June was the most unpredictable. So many wet Junes that just ruin a garden.
