Anybody have a simple idea on cleaning up the little burrs on the drive links after you throw a chain. I’ve thrown more chains with this 562 than I ever have in all the time I’ve been running a saw. Apparently it just won’t tolerate a chain as loose as my other saw
I use a dremel tool with the sanding drum attachment . It’s not as aggressive as the stone type attachments ,so you don’t grind off more than is neccessary . You can pick up a very inexpensive dremel type tooland attachments at HF . Not the same quality as the real tool . But it does a great job at trueing up drive links for <$30..

Should be running that chain nice and snug, otherwise the link tips/tilts and cause premature wear. And causes the chain throwing that you've experienced.
