Double paddle combustion fan vs single paddle

the 5" blades actually do measure 5", and the 4-3/4" also measure 4-3/4".

 

Once upon a time, there was a P38 tech bulletin out there (so long ago, its when P38's had the small board and 2 knobs!), when one replaces the board, they suggested replacing the ESP at the same time. Of course, there was no DDM port either, so no one could tell if the ESP was reading correctly.

When people are just throwing parts at a stove because they are at their wits' end, its usually best to first replace the ESP....its a much cheaper part than a circuit board. But, I guess I do concur that, given the lack of diagnostic tools available to most folks, if you're gonna replace the CB, you might as well replace the ESP as well, making damm sure you're setting the dip switches correctly. But clean the stove well first. Also, remember, vac switches VERY RARELY fail.

 

I think perhaps the OP misstated his question. The 5" impellers(dual or single ) fit the Free Standing Accentra.The smaller ones fit the insert.

 

OK,cleaned stove today,is a 06,and already has the updated combustion blower manifold,the hole in it is identical to the add on plate.So,I have 2,if anybody needs one.
