I am absolutely positive that you'll have us beat by the final winter's tally! :)

The MM1 has been around the block, but it's mechanically sound and I got a screaming deal on it. Fresh fluid, harness is tight, and less rust than the MM2 I replaced. Best of all, no tubular steel to rot from the inside. I can just take a wire wheel and some paint to the frame on this one to keep the rust at bay.

It's looking like we may delay going home by one day. There's nothing that we need to get back for. Will make final decision after seeing Sunday's weather forecast

It has been raining here all day; would hate to see all this rain in the form of snow.

Are the high winds still being predicted?

I'm in the bullseye with 16+" forecast. That is pretty shocking since we haven't had any shovelable amounts yet.

Wouldn't bet on it. The ground is frozen hard and I still have snow in shaded areas from earlier last week (and I just got less than 1" then)..

theres multiple days up near 50 degrees in the long range forecast, one with rain. Time will tell though, this is New England after all. Its definitely nice to have the ground frozen for the first plowable storm.

We are in the 15-20” range. I emailed my boss that I would be working from home Monday but he told me to get to work Monday at 4 am to plow! When are we gonna have remote control plow trucks?
