Rapid Super Pro I think, they have a slimmer tooth, I held them beside each other.

I "found" one of the new bars at one of the local OPE dealers. Claims lightweight but i dont have a regular one to compare weights. For $55 i couldnt say no. Its replacing a 20" Oregon bar. IMG_2015.JPG

What does the icon above "oilmatic" mean on the box?

I’m not sure it’s truly a light bar might need to buy the 16” they have locally and weigh it against a regular old laminated bar. Think they’re a direct replacement to the others and not really any different weight wise.

That’s exactly what it means, Stihl pre stretches all their chains.

Yours is the laminate 4 rivet tip standard bar. I asked a guy I know if they did any changes other than the paint.

Im on the fence whether to keep or sell. Theyre bringing $100 shipped on ebay. Paid $55. I really was looking for the true light weight 20" bar.

I personally dont like the new graphics.

Yes the side plates are slightly thinner and the nose radius changed so a 10-20% reduction in weight roughly

That's a semi chisel chain, different all together.

This new stuff is getting confusing..

The new 23 series chain is the faster cutting style and I believe they make it in semi and full chisel

Are you referring to the "hexa" chain? (or whatever they call it).

No that’s on the standard chassis I believe and supposedly around 10-15% faster than round. Biggest benefit I see to it is easy if sharpening. The file holds itself to the right hight you only need to hold proper angle

RS pro is the new chain. It is .325 Narrow Kerf, but it works on most standard width bars, as long as the bar is .050 gauge. It has a goofy shaped raker as shown in Lehman ’s pic above, although his is RM, semi chisel
