    I don't watch the news anymore. Some of it is outright lies, most of the rest has nothing to do with me, and little that remains is anything I can do anything about.

    Movies - I like dystopian films like V for Vendetta and Hunger Games, musicals like Phantom of the Opera and Les Miserables, and some Westerns. I like The Great Escape.

    :Yar: Sorry. Still nope on the scary movies, especially when the "scare" is more like gore.

    There's a handful of scary movies that I'll watch. Things that I know aren't real, like zombies, entertain me. Other movies where the antagonist is a human are also good, I guess because at least I know the limitation of humans. But it's the paranormal stuff that I can't watch. The last movie like that I ever watched was The Ring, which freaked me out!

    Funny story though about The Ring, I had watched it at a friends house one night and got home at maybe 3AM afterwards. I left the lights off in the house so I wouldn't disturb anyone and walked into the bathroom. Well, I didn't see the cat sleeping on the bathroom floor, and when I stepped on her she let out the most god-awful screech!!! I was already on-edge after that movie, and I'm surprised I didn't die of a heart attack right then and there!!! I don't know if I've ever had a scare like that in my life lol.

    Last time we watched Halloween(I think one of the remakes) I snuck out the back door and started knocking on the door/windows after telling GF I was going to bed.
    made sure the pistol was unloaded before I did that:rofl: :lol:

    she won't watch one with me anymoreo_O
