I run two rows of 18” splits on my pallets. Used to stack 4-6-8 deep, but evolved to max airflow since I started selling. Some single rows too on 2x4’s.

All of what I cut is either dead standing or on the ground dead for years so I don't really have anything for longer than a season...and I do sell out every year by about November. So not much seasoning splits happens for me but no complaints

Looks like both of you are on the right track. You said you are still looking at stoves. Any hints on what you are leaning towards? Picked up my Woodstock back in 2015 and just got it back from a warranty re-build. Sure cut my wood usage down.

Great looking stacks and equipment. Always love seeing people succeed in life. I haven't looked at stove availability this year, but in 2019 when we got ours, it took 2 months for the install to happen, and that was before the supply chains were disrupted. We had the company we bought it from install it, which i believe was the wait. Self install may have been quicker, I guess what im getting at is you may start narrowing choices down soon and at least check on inventory so you arent disappointed next year when the one you want is on a 6 month backorder.
