    As a high school kid a couple of us would get called by the local vet to help with casterating pigs. It helped that it was fall and we played football so wrangling pigs was great fun, he also paid very well so we had some spending money for Saturday night! Our method was to grab them by the back legs and hold them upside down with the jewels facing away from us then the vet would come up, do the cut and snip, apply some antiseptic and then we would raise them up walk over to the gate and plop them on the other side. Only thing to watch out for was getting bit around the ankles:rofl: :lol:

    Yes have eaten Rocky Mountain Oysters and they were actually good!
