Glad someone is feeling pretty good. I've got heat on my shoulder/neck area right now. Its not too bad during the day time, but it stinks at sleep time. I've been taking advil and Codiene/Amp, plus muscle relaxers the last almost 2 weeks. Plus I've got numbness down my right arm. The Dr. is trying to figure out muscle spasm or Disk (5 and 6). He said I may have to take a scan to see if things dont get better.

I agree 100%. I went from a soft 230 to a lean 170 in about 6 months. It made a huge difference in every aspect of my life. Didn't really try to, although when it started happening I consciously made a small effort with my eating habits.

Ironically, it all started happening right when I got my stove. Something about all that wood processing was burning extra calories.

I GAIN weight when cutting wood somehow?!

I was up to 220 last summer by the end of cutting season. I lost about 15lbs through winter.

Haven't ate ice cream in a LONG time. many years. Once in a while I'll get stupid and try and then I'm sick for days afterward. I can tell within seconds normally if something is loaded with dairy as it sorta burns my throat.
None of those magic pills work. Only cure is not touching it! Good thing I find milk to be disgusting anyhow!

Right where I want to be.
Been hovering at about 230 for almost 2 weeks.
Maintained about 235 all winter, then this spring went up to close to 240. DAVE..........WAKE UP.
Need a good kickstart to lose more before winter hits again, so back to the salads.

That's my move too, vegs, salads & fruits. I eat vegs everyday anyway.

Just got back in from splitting a couple splitter tanks and stacking. Feel better than I thought I would at this point (no Ibu 4th day). Usual aches, etc. Nothing really bad... yet. I have of way of seizin' up afterwards sometimes...

I like to blame my mother when she brings goodies back from the store.
I made a German Sweet Choc. cake yesterday and promptly ate 2 pieces. Then, I had a salad.
    DOH!
I've heard donut holes have no calories, and all the bad stuff falls out of cake after you cut it.
Can anyone verify this for me?

If I get grumpy, my wife tells me to knock it off.
Like I can just flip a switch or something..........
I forgot....the cake is ok......from a box and a little container of GSC frosting.
No where near as gooder as my homemade 3 layer version.
    Not even close.

Welp... I ain't dead yet with no Ibu (5th day). This morning was noticably harder to get going, but once I did, was OK. I wasn't so grumpy today according to the boss. Burned all of the old slimy slabwood I had under the 2nd yr wood. Didn't even take pics cause it burned so chitty/smokey... gud er done tho in 4 hrs. I would love to take at least 3 Ibus, which was the usual dose, but I'm off to bed and that'll help a lot.

Sometimes getting connected with some good physical therapy can get you on some routines that strengthens some of those parts which are giving you so much pain. Also teaches you different moves to keep you from injuring yourself .
Also can teach you some relaxation techniques.
