Old stuff cleared out, and made a shoulder season pile for October start up. 37degree low here tonight, but warming after. So planning that tonight will be my last load up of owb, then clean and oil, then back to piling up for 2020-21 winter.

I have plenty of dead ash I try to get around to Then I scrounge some But mainly I work part time for a tree company and when schedules and jobs align I bring home log loads This past year I sold some and I keep saying it will be my last. So this year I hope to pile up 20 cords max. Plus buddies I cut with will take another 5-6
do you get paid with wood or is it a free fringe benefit Greg ? One thing i like about doing some chain saw work for pay is the free wood.
I’m paid as its part or removal gigs, larger straight logs go to mill or firewood at company, but always plenty of stuff that is easier to throw in my trailer than to have to chip.
