    I had a problem neighbor dog. I tried talking, then I tied it up every time and made the neighbor come get it. That didn't work so I tied it up and called the animal control officer every morning for a few weeks. She got tired of me calling and started writing fines and charging them for room and board at the shelter. Problem solved.

    still thinking Ex-lax.......just for the hilarity of it........hopefully they come over again and rummage just before evening falls......the dogs go in at night......
