cut for a couple hours today

    Yeah, I can't complain about the snow. It could be worse. I still can get out and cut. I think the snowmobile and sled behind it is the best plan for now. The bad part is all our sleds are up north, so maybe I can borrow my cutting buddy's old free air cooled 340 jag.

    We've got a lot of sugar maple here. This one is a lot corner marker, probably why it got so huge. I can definitely say I will see if I can get my friend out there with his Stihl 460 and a bigger bar to help. There's definitely a lot of wood to get, and I've only ventured on the lower 1/3 of the wooded lot.

    Yeah, we help each other quite a bit. I've been friends with him for 32 years. Good help is never far away when you know someone like that.
