    It's a little 2 step thing. I think I posted a picture on here at least once but don't think I saved that picture. Funny that I remember trying it years ago following hip surgery. It worked but I did not like it as it seemed too tall. But now it works better than a milk crate.

    Waffle butt is bad. Worse is when the plastic breaks and then there's sharp plastic pinching your butt.
