Was given this cant hook by buzz-saw. :handshake: He custom made it from scratch. Works great as ive used it a couple times already. I like the longer handle and all weather aluminum. I can keep in the bed of the truck and not worry if it gets wet. My other is wood handled and have to put it away and sometimes forget to take it on a scrounge. Other than that it is perfect.

That's slick and I bet it's as handy as a pocket on a shirt.

Very nice fabrication work buzz-saw
Your TIG welds look great, you used nice plated grade 8 hardware, good use of roll pins, the point on the end looks very capable, and overall functionality looks to be superb :handshake:

That's great. I could see some handlebar tape in case you use in during the cold w/out gloves. Adds grippiness too. Some guys use it on their saws.

    Thanks Eric.
A couple welds are so-so in my book but functional I guess.

It works pretty good and the best thing is it is getting some use and has a loving forever home.

Great job buzz-saw. Looks awesome. I've debated making a giant cant hook like Log-rites "mega hook". For the hook, did you use regular steel?

    Yes , just mild steel.
That's all I had at the time.
