Looks good, I need to put crown up in my house. It was a foreclosure, and the bank found mold and treated it before listing it on the market. The guys that took care of the mold stripped almost all of the crown molding, baseboards , trim from a few doors and took it for themselves. From the few strips that they didn't take, it was REALLY nice stuff!
billb3 , Don't ya mean proctologist?! Maybe I didn't catch yer drift! I like the crown work, MightyWhitey! Eric VW
You ain't kiddin billb3 Saw it when my first wife had our son.... Front row seat! I still recall the doc nonchalantly wiping the dookies out of the way while she was a' pushin' .... Now then back to that crown moulding. Store bought or made in the shop MightyWhitey? I made some cove moulding yeeeeeaaaaarrrrrs ago on the table saw, running it at an angle across the blade- jobsite DeWalt did NOT like it, but it came out pretty good.... Got a piece of it, somewhere.... The stained edge obscurs the arc, but you get the gist.... Don't think I'll be doing that again any time soon! Eric VW
Buddy of mine used to work in a wood shop; and after work one day I met him there and helped him make the stuff for me. I wanted something simple and not real wide. Wound up with almost 300ft. of crown in 16ft. lengths.
MightyWhitey , I like the colors in your shower curtain. How is the lighting in the tub when you shut the curtain to shower? The overhead light in my new bathroom is a couple feet off from the tub....
In all honesty WW....................it's not too bright and it's not too dark!!!! It's the hall bathroom...................it don't get used all that much!!! But; when I have used it, just to use it, I can still see all my parts!!! I'm almost 51, and can still see Mr. Wonderful doing No. 1. in the shower.
