I have a garage under the living room and the 2x4 outside wall is insulated with newspapers from 1962. Year it was built. So we built a workshop on that end with 2x6s and the proper Roxul & reflectix Foil R27 Total insulation in the wall and R42 in the ceiling.. Therefore that outside garage 2x4 wall is an inside wall now! That makes the living room above a bit warmer.
So just a maintenance burn now to keep the upstairs 72 Deg while it is 34 Deg Outside. :)

Is that thermometer in the main trunk of the furnace? The Fahrenheit is putting out 800 CFM of 170 degree air? Impressive, especially given the rated 50K BTU output.

Don't think I've ever seen those output temps on my Revolution, but I've never had it cranked all the way for an extended period of time either. Poor furnace has never seen great pellets either. The best it's burned are Sets, but these are the batch that were apparently primarily Hickory, and quite a bit ashier than usual.

About 18" off the top of the furnace of the 1o" duct. I'm burning Spruce Pointe tonight and I didn't catch the peak so will have to wait until tomorrow morning. Would love to have Sets in my stash but it ain't gonna happen:(

Still impressive. We're not cold enough here yet to have the furnace on anything over level 1, so I'll try to remember to report back when I get her good and cooking. And clean:whistle:
