This is from my area. He is talking $50/face cord. That is the way they all sell it. So $150/full cord in log length. Probably not a bargain when you have to process it still. But it is "seasoned".

In that case, I would want to talk to someone who has bought from him and can say what they got measured up once it was cut and split and stacked. your labor has to be worth something.
Sounds exactly like the ash I had taken down a year earlier and had "drying" in log length in front of the woodshed. The bark separated and fell off, leaving soaking wet/green logs. I learned my lesson... if it's not CSS... it's not really drying.
