Just a shot in the dark here Anyone with a countyline replace the cap on the pressure relief adjustment? I found mine laying on the ground while splitting and it won't screw back on. Doesn't appear damaged, I can get it to thread but it is too loose to hold. It's plastic so no real surprise. May try some tape thread on it to give it more purchase. Probably knocked it hard with wood or something Parts manual shows it, but it isn't listed as a part. I looked around online thursday for something that will fit Kind of assume there is no such thing. Have not reached out to countyline yet. Not even sure if it's worth the trouble in replacing it.
Sometimes those plastic caps just retain moisture. Clean it out well, lubricate the adjustment screw as a mold release and add some 5 minute epoxy into the cap and push it on. Silicone caulk works also.
