This was bugging me, so I checked it out. It's also got high fructose corn syrup. Bad. Not gooder.
"Cool Whip Original is made of water, hydrogenated vegetable oil (including coconut and palm oils), high fructose corn syrup, corn syrup, skimmed milk, light cream, less than 2% sodium caseinate (a milk derivative), natural and artificial flavor, xanthan and guar gums, polysorbate 60, sorbitan monostearate, and beta carotene (as a coloring)."

Growing up on a dairy farm it was very natural to put cream in the coffee. Make whipped cream. Drink the milk no matter what the butterfat content was. Shoot, most times we didn't even pasteurize the milk and we all lived through it.

Peel then cut in half long ways, remove seeds. Layer a baking dish, microwave for about 3 to 4 minutes. Brown a pound of Italian sausage mix with spaghetti sauce and mushrooms, pour on zucchini and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes. Or until zucchini is tender, top with mozzarella cheese and bake for another 15 minutes let cool for 5 minutes while you make the garlic bread.

I grow it every year. I'll eat it so long as it has something else with it. My wife likes it boiled, served with butter salt and pepper. Yuk!
