Yes.. Ported and Stock..... . But the 665 was Stock!! That is amazing!! As long as all chain was on a level playing field. There was knots, and a part was slightly larger in diameter. But... For the most part was pretty equal. Ported or not? The most impressive to me was the 665. And I seen the comment about the stopwatch in the 372 thread I had it out for these times That was the next thread I seen and figured I do the same thing.
I'm cornfused with post . I was talking about MY video I posted being stock to ported saws. I kept stopwatch in the desk, 1 over the bench and 1 in box for saws.
Dex, The 46 & 660 ran the same setup. I started with a new chain. The 562xp & 665 ran the same chain & bar combo with 7 previous cuts on it. The 562xp ran first and then the 665. While the 46 ran 7 pin, 8 pin followed by 660 8 pin then 7 pin.
Oh.. My bad.. Based on the times? I knew some of those were not ported or race saws. But some of them clearly were (when they cut like a hot knife through butter
That's equal enough. The 562 ran good and seemed to run a higher RPM in the cut. But the grunt of the 665 is just short of Magnificent! !
I've ran solo 681's and thinking 651 which was online to the 5100S. Back in 2008. One of my GTG's I used to have.
You are blessed with some of the nicest...coolest saws available buddy !! And you are enjoying them....and with the vids..we are enjoying them too !! I still think that 562xp stinks..and should be sent to me to "sit" on my shelf
Thanks, Bud! Now, I just need to get them all cleaned up like yours again.... So they'll be ready to go... But the more I run that 562 the tighter my grip I get on that thing. It's just smooth. I can wait to see how it comes to the ported 362/034/036 saws....When they get back...
