Heat wave over (for now) in S.Jersey. High of 80 and humidity under 50 after being 70+ for a week. A welcome relief!!!

Wow. You might suffer as much as Bert is. Things can get tough in the south.

I know how it can be in the south, I went through Army jump school (Columbus, Ga) in July:zip:.

And of course, it was cooler when you were up high! Then you lose altitude and gain temperature.

I just got back from a short ride up the hill from the house 9:07 AM and it's already 80°F with 26% humidity.

Free sauna, no membership required, very little work involved, traveling required...
Today's nice weather report and my shirt after a couple hours outside, not even working on the wood pile.

Indoor humidity seems kind of highs esp considering your running AC.

It is built into the unit on the wall. It is installed in our utility/laundry room. Right now the only thing in there is the dryer and A/C unit mounted thru the wall

I was thinking the same thing. Hidden from the rest of the house in a room usually off by itself or on the exterior of the home.

Dryer may be leaking humidity into the room giving a higher reading than the rest of home
