We could certainly use some of that Arizona sunshine and warmth too!

Two days in a row in the 40's. Feels great!

Looking at the forecast, it looks relatively warm next week and Monday looks to be super with 52 forecast. Ah, spring is getting close now!

We're on a rollercoaster. 50°'s today and tomorrow, snow Saturday night, then 60°'s on Tuesday. I'm out splitting every afternoon, starting to put a dent in the pile.

The piercing implications, or the fact that it's colder than -30 C with wind and the warning has ended?:D

-8c/17f right now. Burning some lodgepole pine at the moment. The weather was decent today unlike the whipping snow and high winds we had yesterday.

1 above . lots of stars out.
    Just nice winter weather.
I'm burning some last winters cut. All summer dried poplar. Man that stuff burns nice.
Just a reintegration of how I will have 8 cord processed and in the shed before June. And another 8 cord in the yard to be processed over the summer.

It was 2 ugly winters in a row 2013-2014 that made us get a wood stove. I think we're tracking about the same heat degree day units this year.

I googled Prince Albert. Then I googled old wheel skidders. Then I ended up in Sorrento BC looking at old TJ, JD+ Clark skidders.
I have a weak spot for old Timberjack wheel skidders. ;-)

-10°F at the moment. Winter cut , 10 month seasoned poplar in the stove. Great stuff.

And what about, "Do you have Pop in the cooler?" Well, let him out. Mom says dinner is ready.
