Thanks Al. She must be feeling better....she went shopping with her sister today to get some chicken scratch. Also, the Dollar store, Merchandise Mart, Hab. for Hum. store, and lastly....Subway. She brought a sub home for me.
That does sound like she’s doing much better, Dave. As long as women are shoppin' then they’re doin' alright.
Currently -9°F but with the wind we have -24°F. Plowing and roof raking was a bear, but it's almost done, and I'll finish tomorrow. Lows tonight will be -24°F with wind chills between -30°F to -45°F We have about 3 ft of snow on the ground so far.
The cold is still hanging on here, it was a million deg. below zero last night. The high today with full sun was 6*f with strong winds. Restocked the porch wood box while it was warm .
Only got to -4*f this AM climbed all the way to 6*f this afternoon just loaded the OWB with all Hard Maple 72*f in the house. Weather Guessers are saying mid 30's this week. That will be a nice reprieve.
I'm just glad it's not like that here. I would be afraid to go outside at 45 below might freeze my weiner off
Freeze that amongst other things. Freezeban my azz! (-50°F must be -50°C)Was gonna put this into the shower drain at the far end of the house for the trap, just in case since its where the wind is hitting the most.........
HMMM! I have something similar in our camper water lines. Lucky for me it's not quite that cold here.
The engine was warm, i was not. The end. Never got confirmation from the dealer regarding Monday delivery- hopefully it's still coming. I have purposely left snow piles where they shouldn't be!
Yup, 20 minutes to my east than up a ways! How about them guys that pretty much live up there working? Crazy!
