    snows great.. makes world look fresh and clean.. takes bad drivers off road literally, kids (me included) build forts luges snowmen (which you put food coloring on to have girls).. midnite sledding parties with bon fires and hot cocoa (adults spiked) list goes on and on

    I like snow. We missed the snow here. It stopped about 40 miles to our northwest I think.

    It's 40F here and I just loaded I think 3 or 4 oak splits and a random smaller piece of cedar I found in my pile.

    Looks like we’re gettin a snow day ! Hip-hip hooray ! Hip hip hooray ! Well over a foot and the LAKE ERIE snow - machine is kicking into high gear ! Just started up heavy (3-4 in/hr) after a lull ... I’m right in the path of the firehose and believe you me ... it’s sprayin snow like one ... 15 miles north ... they got nothin ! Beerwhoop

    We got a 1" or so.. It would have been more but it had been to warm leading up to it so it didnt stick for the first half of the storm..

    I have the buffet on the hearth for tonight again.

    No .308 Ruger 77. I actually shot the bear the night before, I just carried the Marlin 30-30 while looking for the bear under the heavy spruce and fir tree's.

    Got about 2" of snow last night loaded the OWB with Elm, Cherry, Red Maple Mix about 5 pm still a nice bed of coals tonight at 5 loaded with Cherry, Norway Maple and a few Hardhack rounds. 70* inside mid 20's out.
