No luck...kicked up 4 smaller but decent ones, but they were full afterburner so no hope on a shot for my gal. Then I proceeded to high center the truck in a freak 40x40 area of snow. 6" fluffy to 18" hard pack in about 6 feet lol -9 C at the moment and poplar uglies chugging along
Thats to bad you werent successful but at least you have a getting stuck story. You were able to dig yourself out?
I'm not sure I ever wanted a getting stuck story! I think I've had the truck 4-5 years and never have yet. Freeze/thaw/freeze/thaw/wind/rain makes it funny in some spots. We live fairly close to mom n dad, so I called for a shovel delivery to the edge of the road, edge of the field. Dad just fired up the tractor and came and pulled me out. Would've been about an hour shoveling I'd guess. Just had to be the day I forgot my deer board, deer winch, and shovel.
True buffet tonight. 1 walnut 1 cherry 1 maple 1 ash 1 white oak 2 locust Ha! I just restocked the garage wood rack today, several pallets getting mixed up at the end.
It was about 27 early this morning. Ash and Pine are burning in Wood Gun boiler. Looks like it will warm into the 40s today. 50 tomorrow! And rain.

Wonky weather happening here. Currently -10 C feels -17 C (14 F feels 2 F) and a general cooling off trend from now until tomorrow morning, ballpark -30 C with the wind tonight. Poplar in the reactor.
Been Burning off and on, no fire last night, chilly in the house, had to burn something, Maple chunks fired up, 51 outside now. Cooler Weather coming, starting Tuesday night
