Very cold start to the day with temps at the freezing mark. Took while for it to warm up but made it to the mid 60's with a good wind and plenty of sun to help it along. Tomorrow should be same temps but wet all day long.
They say a low of 35 tonight so we have another Cherry fire going tonight. We have seven more splits inside so hopefully those will be our last fire.
50* and raining here tonight, it's going to be cold and very windy tomorrow so I have a small fire of eucalyptus. Shut down now just ticking over secondary's burning well. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Only used 6 small/med. Oak splits last night. This am, OAT was about 36, projected to be about 60. IAT is 70 right now. Slightly hazy out.

A brumous 43f One load of swamp maple to take the curse off and maybe another bag to set Mrs B up for the morning.
Warm today but overcast all day. No rain to speak of during the day, but now its starting and temps are fallinig. Ice and snow on the way.
It's been raining out since the middle of today so we'll do another overnight fire tonight which will be the last of the wood we have inside.
The wife mentioned something about putting wood in tomorrow so please send it. We're looking at 80 for a temp on Thursday.
I heard that Gasifier is burning horse dung for heat lately, maybe I can bring them over some niceeeeeeeeeee pine in exchange for a Sergi's pizza.
Saving wood, 72 today, supposed to pop up to 80 tomorrow for just one day, low 55 tonight. Not done burning yet there will be more fires
8c here in melb aussie land. Burning mixture of hardwood red gum, aged red gum farm fence posts and stringy bark. Burn hot and nice smell to the smoke. Cheers y'all
80s = melting weather! We are currently at freezing with rain. Probably lose power today once it turns over to ice.....
Had a pine fire early AM yesterday and with all the rain and chill started back up burning some maple and some white birch from about mid-afternoon on. Pine and maple fire this morning. Reloaded despite being a little bit warmer than yesterday. Just one milk crate of pine left in the house, hoping this is it and won't be reloading any hardwood. It's supposedly 58ºF outside but it sure doesn't feel it.
