I think I'll burn it in a big ol bonfire of stumps, branches, and brush when it's raining after the burn ban is over here.

    No taxes here yoop!

milleo, its supposed to be heavy chit. The temps just won't be cold enough, if they were, probably be an azz deep snow.

Current temp 24° heading to 42° Put a medium load of birch in.

Update, it's now up to 61 IAT. I figured we'd probably get more snow this still being March and all. I am just not looking forward to wet, heavy snow. I crack up seeing the TV commercials running now saying, it's time to feed your lawn. I can't even see any except in some spots. I still have 4" of snow in half of the yard.

The heavy wet snow not only gets miserable for removal, but also for driving in! Lets face it. For the most part, road crews do an excellent job in snow removal, but they can't be every where. It seems like if you have to drive in the heavy moisture laden stuff, you're gonna go where ever the snow wants you to! Not quite as bad as slush, but bad enough to make it miserable driving. But then, I'm talking about the amounts that you guys are predicted to get also.

No taxes, huh? Nice. Somehow, I think they may just make up for it some other way....!

Yea, they do..... tourists mostly i think. Property taxes some say are high, but less where we used to live. I thinks the heaviest snow is staying more south, but we'll see.

The daffodils and day lilies here are soooooo confused.

Had a small pine fire this AM and then threw some smaller oak splits on top. Probably shouldn't have done the oak splits. oops. But 69ºF is sooooo cold when you've gotten used to 71-73. LOL
Probably fire back up before/after supper.

Cold weather coming thru for several days/nights so maybe this is the last three nights of wood stove. I'm not putting money on the thought.

Still burning after work and through the night, smaller fire just to keep the chill out. Friday's weather may be crappy so will burn all day, next weeks forecast show above 32 most nights so were getting there slowly.
PS. brought hho for $1.93 yesterday. Will fill 1 tank and a splash in the other and should be good for the next 4 years ( background heat )
