Finally got cold enough to start the indoor wood furnace. I typically don’t like running the Kuuma Vapor-Fire until the highs are in the low 40’s. Currently 38F and with a low of 28F overnight. The overnight load will be a mix of tree of heaven, cherry and red oak.

12° out this am. I had remnants of the massive chunk of honey locust loaded last night that I got from a person on the other side of town in 2020 when you couldn't go and talk with people lol. This was the "maple" that the guy thought it wasn't. Lol. It wasn't a big score, but it's making great heat overnight. 5 years drying due the HL it's gold. Reloaded with crabapple and fir. 72° in the stove room
