    75 and heavy rain. Back in the 80s by this weekend... highs in the 70s for the next 2 weeks at least. Looks like another late first frost. No fires in sight :(

    Cool down moving in, 38 by morning. Had to replace a valve and pressure tank on the hot water boiler this evening. Only took about 45 minutes. Supply House to the rescue, I really like dealing with them, great service, good prices and fast shipping.
