I should have mentioned that underneath all that snow we got, there is a layer of rain that froze. Kinda like icing on a cake?

Bummer, looks like the BLOB snow drifts this winter finally took out the trampoline. The drift was ~10' high, but the dirt/sand/silt between the layers of blown snow added weight too.

I'll add the picture tomorrow when I can log in my phone, fingers don't navigate the phone thing.

Red thing is burn barrel (some snow underneath the dirt around it), white thing is (was a trash can from kids on there in our milder winter), blue thing is/was a swinging bar from the old swingset that was descimated this winter :tears:

The "sand dunes" in the back thate Eric Wanderweg said the dirt covered snow drifts looked like a few years ago are the same, just these are pretty melted down.

    16.

Stopped snowing for now, I guess. Yeah, plowing once again today. Have to remember to cancel an appointment once that office opens; they are in central time zone and 3 hours away. Not worth it-driving through all the storm cleanup going on.

Bad part is I'll have to play the waiting game for the next available time slot.

No fire. 50 heading to 70 with storms and a front moving in, bringing cooler temps. Calling for much needed rain wed through sunday. Looking at the 14 day weather forecast, temps are mainly in 50s with outliners of a 78 and 42.
Looks like we'll still be occasionally burning for next month.
