We have had enough rain that if it were snow it would prolly be over 2 feet. Been raining since I posted it started, often times heavy. My estimation is an easy 3 inches!

It was just under 20° this morning. Got a little snow today, but just a little. They say it is suppose to be -15 - -20 below zero on Christmas Eve! o_O What the ..........? This has been some crazy weather so far this year. And I think "they" were right when "they" said we were going to have a "real" winter this year!

I spent most of the day getting rid of the ice from the driveway, I had to cut one red maple that had a heavy lean over the driveway.
Since the driveway is done I'll work on the back, it's a mess.

Lots of pine branches that came down in the driveway that I threw in the woods.

Hey Thistle. How you doing out there man? Sounds cold. We have had a few like that as well already this year. Suppose to be like that tonight here. Right now everything is as still as can be. No wind. Trees are all still sagging from the ice. Luckily we did not get as much as expected in my area. Big relief. Glad to see you are having fun keeping the house nice and toasty. Great feeling eh. Jeesh, by the looks of your signature it is almost time for you to buy another saw. Isn't it?

Hangin at 23º here and supposed to get down around 10º tonight. Got home from work about 3 and loaded up a mixed load...cherry,white oak, hickory and beech. Wife is making a pecan pie and I will make dirt pudding after Christmas eve service. Woke up to about 2 inches of new snow this morning and that really made my day for Christmas eve.
