    Already done. We don't get enough snow here to justify a blower so most of the time it gets shoveled.

    30/72 red oak, cherry and sugar maple. Started the fire at 6 this morning with ash and cherry, will keep it going all weekend. Very pleasant! Wishing you all a peaceful weekend.

    And we have snow cover. It was a total chit show Friday afternoon when it snowed. While I was delivering firewood I passed at least 8 cars in the ditch. Yesterday on my way to work I had to take an alternate route because fire and police had a road closed at 5am. Secondaries are still snow covered. Everyone is surviving on milk sandwiches.

    Miz Carol had put a hickory round, a BL and ash split in the stove about 5:30AM. House was 72° when I got in.

    27/65. Slept in this morning. Woke up to not many cools left. Had to work a little harder to get it going. Ash and red oak trying to heat things back up.

    It has been a cold January so far in NC. Currently 14 here in Buncombe County. It may get up to 39 today which will feel like a heat wave.
