Good Morning to all, it was 0* it's now 2*. I am burning some Oak boards that are 2" thick, 12" wide , and of course cut to length at 16". They were part of a massive shipping crate from work that we received a 1000 hp /4160 volts motor on. The motor was lifted off the base with an overhead 25 ton capacity crane. I would bet the shipping container probably weighed many hundreds of pounds. Well, anyways I cut the container into stove size pieces about 6 years ago, and waiting for good cold weather to burn it in. Well, today is that day, and I have enough for the week.

23* outside and about 76 in the living room. Not getting much warmer here today and I've already loaded the stove twice since 7am. Good day to just hang out around the stove.
