48 this mourn I started one late last night to keep the heat off.

I put three splits in this mourn. One I think was about and a mystery bar less wood....I think it was elm though?

Small piece of maple and a big hunk of beech in the lil Englander 18.
Next week looks like a brief return to summer.

Decided not to have a fire last night. Slight mistake.
Was about 37 out this morning, so I started a small 4 split Pine fire, then went to grab some coffee.
Looked at the thermo, and it showed about 62 in the kitchen.
I knew it was a little cool in here.:picard:

Overnight dipped into the upper 30's only. But with rain. Glad I don't have the morning temps that so many of you have or else I'd be shoveling instead of typing!

Same here Dave. Been raining here on and off for the last few days.
We've had a small couple snows.

I was thinking too...old athletic shorts? Well guess its better to get some heat out of them than filling the landfill?

Low to mid 60's for the next three days with partly cloudy skies....that means the sun will be out! I will try not to post on this thread with my endless drivel for awhile!
