    37. Pine in the Wood Gun. Going to 61 today and tomorrow. :) February 27th. Nice. But a little concerning. Not normal. I’ll take milder winters, I just hope it doesn’t change things too much for us.

It was -18c/-0.4 earlier this morning. The fire went out so a few pieces of kindling is getting things going again. Sunny and very white today but with an icy breeze.

Thermometer reads 52 but it feels a whole lot warmer with the sun beating down on you!

Burned a little brush pile and grilled hamburgers and hot dogs for lunch. Tomorrow, not so nice.

Was warming a bit and rainy last week or so but back around freezing overnight for the past two nights. Doug Fir and thick bark in the wood stove. Have to let the fire die early PM though so it is cool enough to sleep.

Sunny with a high of 69. Perfect weather to sit out on the deck and soak up some sun(vitamin D). Winter is coming for tomorrow and then it warms up again.

Heavy overcast/cloudy threatened to snow all day but just a couple dustings. High's in the teens today and 20/30 mph wind today. Pine wood and pine pellets. -1 early morning.

It was 32 this morning when I got up to light a small red oak fire. By 10am we were getting cooked out of the house, and it hit 60 today. No more fires until Thursday, and shortly after that shoulder season is in full swing with only small ones to take the chill off. Hard to believe we're only in the tail end of February and talking about shoulder season.

Yesterday had a high of 80 crushing the record of 78 set back in 18xx. 46 this morning and currently 15 with a dusting of snow and 28+MPH winds. 30's tomorrow before a rebound of 50's.
