Awoke to 22 this morning but it has since warmed up to 32. Another mixed load today with red/white oak, cherry, ash and pine.
Its warmed up to -8c/17f right now with larch and doug fir in our reload this morning. We have low lying cloud. Im thinking we have an inversion but not sure.
Hey HDRock have you ever had any issues with you auber? Mine has been displaying all e's instead of the temp since the end of last burning season. I'm thinking I might need a new probe.
No I haven't had any issue like that at all the only issue I ever had is when I didn't take the probe out of the pipe and shoved the chimney brush down there. I've had it set up since , March 2015 Maybe you need to go in and reset something, Here's the manual
I must have overloaded the stove a bit last night... ... 81F when I woke up... 24F outside... its down to 76F currently... will reload and head into work...
18c,33*f temp to drop today, wind picking up, snow squalls setting up over Georgian Bay heading our way, they are talking 30+ cm, or over a foot by this time tomorrow, Snow day tomorrow, both my wife and I drive School Buses. It's aways a Great day in Muskoka!
Supposed to have a couple nights in the 20's here in SE Tennessee this week. Cleaned and inspected the stove and flue in anticipation of our first burn on the year in a couple nights. Can't wait!!
We saw -2⁰F here last night. I took the dog out and the snow was squeaking, and it doesn't do that until it gets close to zero, so I grabbed the thermometer. It said -2!
22*F/69*F I'm burning a little fire in the stove, ash. It's what I have the most of. It's very comfortable in here, guess it's time to refill my coffee cup and go play with my radios.
