    We had 27.4 this morning for a low, the house was still 68 to 69 so no fire this morning. The high I saw today was 60.4.

    Hey Yooper, I was not too far from you for a few days. Just returned from Yooperland...sadly. But boy oh boy were the bugs bad in places along Lake Michigan!!! Had to wash windshield many times. They were the worst from the bridge to Naubinway. Big black clouds of them.

    Nice!

    I personally vouched for you and told the approval board that I serve on it was more than likely a working visa than just a hard to explain for pleasure visa. :salute:

    Sorry I couldn't get you more time on it but the rest of the board is still kind of pizzed that you moved away years ago.....:whistle:

    :rofl: :lol::rofl: :lol::rofl: :lol:

    Dropped to 32 a little while ago.

    Lots of sun over the next few days. And warm temps!

    Yesterday was cold wet and windy. Made a fire in the NC 30 during the afternoon. The basement warmed to 69 as well as the house warming to 71 after leaving the basement door open.

    Our rain yesterday was mostly a sprinkle. No more in forecast.

    Today we hit 60 degrees outside. Gorgeous day today. I’m currently grilling some burgers and having a really nice juicy IPA.

    Been burning bark and shoulder season junk lately. I’ll probably have a fire after sunset.

    Hope everyone is doing well!

    Thanks again to eatonpcat for my favorite beer glass:cheers:

    A cool 37 this morning but won't last long with the nuclear reactor unfettered by clouds for the next 5 days.

    32 this morning. Had the wood stove going the last couple nights/mornings to take the chill out of the house. I usually don't clean the stove/flue until July, which is the only month I haven't used the stove before (sometimes use it into mid-June and have used it in late August in years past). Looks like the heat is coming in this weekend though (unfortunately). Hate summer.

    43 here. No fire, just extra blankets. Creeping up on the first 90 degree day.

    This is strange. Your area is almost always way warmer than us, but look below and compare. I am not ready for upper 80's. Actually, I'm never ready for that heat.

    Only a couple more nights dropping into the upper 40s, then we're solidly into summer weather here. The pool is up, only a few more things to plant in the garden, and heading out for catfish tonight. Oh yeah, summer is officially unofficially here :)

    You will definitely be a bit warmer there and that is odd. Only thing it’s good for is warming up the pool water. I dislike the heat too Dennis. If I had my way, 75 would be tops. And a dry 75, lol.
