    28 at the house and snowing. Ash in Wood Gun. Schools closed or delayed. Possibly around 8-9” total coming. Just about 2” combination of rain/sleet/ice/snow the the ground now.

    just half filled the stove with small black cherry splits on a nice oak coal bed
    it will be 70F inside in no time

    Steady temp of 34 today. Spitting snow and breezy. Air is all kinds of damp.

    Loaded the last of the lumber cut-off scraps this morning. Should be enough to last until tomorrow.

    As I type this, I can hear the propane truck on high idle at the neighbor's house...pumping $$.

    34/70 hackberry and a little beech. Snowing right now temperatures are going to 39 for high today. Going down to 27 tonight. In the South we normally get this stuff in mid February.

    Weather guesser was wrong last night, and hit the -20 C/-4 F ballpark range, but that's not bad at all. Should warm up quite a bit by tonight. Pine chunks, same as always.

    32/74 I've found a large pocket of white birch. couple pieces of beech came in with the arm load as well.
