    25 out right now 75 inside nothing more than a dusting of snow on the ground looks like that's going to change with snow and gusts of 50 mile an hour winds and getting a bit colder.

    15/67. Ran a Pine split to chase some coals away and reloaded R. Oak. Enjoying the nice outdoor temp so far. Looks to be dropping considerably very soon. Snowing now and going to blow in the AM. Brrr!

    24F here, some sun and quiet this morning, it was a beautiful winter day! Boiler is shoveled out and reloaded with Oak. They issued an actual blizzard warning for us through Saturday morning, I can't remember the last time that happened. It's been decades ago I think. 16" to 24" is the latest predicted for my area with 50 mph gusts. Nice power outage should be a slam dunk :doh:. Oh well, generators are tested and ready with plenty of reserve fuel. Let er fly I guess.

    I’ve got some old growth Douglas Fir cooking in both wood stoves.
