After posting this morning it dropped to 1f, and looks like the high was 23. Currently 14f heading to 6 in the morning. Tomorrow should get to around 37 and breezy.
You'll be fine, grab a needle and thread and go after it, depending on the shape and size of the hole it might not look perfect from a professional anyway. How big is the hole? Woodwidow , any tips?
Oh no bother, I thought it was a drawing lines puzzle like a crossword or sudoku, she's putting together puzzle pieces, got it
12’ heading towards 4’. 72’ inside. Just completed my “before hitting the rack” nightly ritual of topping off the 2 humidifiers with water, bringing in more wood to have inside, filling the Fire Chief in the basement with red oak and maple. Same for the Buck 91 insert on the main floor.
1* outside 72* inside with some big cherry and ash going. Im surprised the stove is keeping up this good. I think the fresh snow we got is acting as insulation.
8/72 According to the forecast I guess we already are at our high for the day and the north wind is supposed to pick up big time
12F / 69F and the hedge finally got established.... Now to settle her down and she'll be set for a good long burn...
Do you have any wind along with that? There's less than 10mph winds (breeze) here. Those will increase to 20 today. Good luck with the truck.
I have some socks made from alpaca and they are good. Eric VW told me about them a few years ago and they are also holding up well. I do wish they were a bit higher but they are still okay.
Sitting here in East Central Iowa at a chilly -15 with windchills easily in the -30s or more. Brrrrr. Many schools have cancelled or at least have a late start. Definitely needing my furnace to supplement my stove.
