    Looks like the mountain peak reflecting sunlight, acting like a prism of sorts. The road dead ends about a half mile in from of the first rider and the mountain is 15 miles away.

    Sitting at 71 right now, was sunny and got to 80 today! o_O

    House is sitting at 73 with 2 windows open, got elm burning in the the OWB, going on a 30 some hour burn, topping it off in just a few minutes with more elm. Got thunder and lightning in the sky off to the north of us.

    52 right now heading to 70 got a light rain last night, calling for a chance of rain just about every day this week. Elm burning slow in the OWB.

    Supposed to hit 82 here today....was 77 yesterday. Heating system is turned off (for now) but still running the boiler once a day to make enough DHW for the day.

    Currently burning splitter trash. I figured a big load of relatively wet bark, sawdust, etc would just be a smoke bomb, but the boiler is handling it well with 0 smoke.

    When I looked a little bit ago it was 81and sunny, I was working outside in my sleeveless and sweating. Clouds are rolling in now, rain chance around 6.

    Raining quite well here now and a overnight low of 45. The rain will help knock down the stubborn remaining snow.

    Ice went out on the lake yesterday....very early for that.
