    14 here, Red Oak & Sugar maple have the call of duty for today. Supposed to get a few inches of snow today.

    8 here this morning. The Wood Gun is still going from last nights full load of mixed hardwoods. Ash, Elm, and Beech.

    Pacific Energy has been running hard. Mix of red and white oak. Cold all next week too. Forecasted highs are sub-zero next weekend

    That’s exactly how it is here. 70 in the house and everyone was wrapped in a blanket till I stoked the fire.

    22 here at 8 o'clock. The Buck digested a load of ash and locusts overnight and I just reenergized it with sugar maple, ash and locust. 70 inside.

    Weather man shows 20 for the high today and 8 overnight, bring it, that's when the stoves really hit the sweet spot.

    We had 10.4 this morning with more of the maples going in the Lopi. This afternoon I'll be taking out some ash, it feels good to burn better wood.

    With all the plowing I did yesterday, we never did get the two loads of beech and sugar maple in so that will go in today.
