19 and 70. Two nice days yet and then it goes to cold. Just filled the wood rack next to the stove this AM. Ready!

Dropped to only 20 overnight. Holding there now with no new snow.

Groundhog says 6 more weeks.............that would be great if it was only 6 weeks!

I saw that this morning and the cheering that they did when they said six more weeks. Those people are wild crazy.

Haha! Let’s try a rabbit or a chicken. At least they are tastier.

Calm and 25. Haven't made it out to the boiler yet, but I suspect there's still some oak, hedge, and BL in there from yesterday morning.

Looks like we might go on the wrong side of 0 this weekend.

28 deg here, we got between 16 and 20 inches depending which side of the house you're at. The snow is heavy, but not wet heavy. It'll snowblow well.

16 this morning but sun is shinning.

Worry not about the little rodent forecasting. If no shadow were to be found then the forecast would be that spring would arrive in only 6 more weeks.

That rodent might work for others; at the border not so much. Winds blowing steadily at 18 and gusts to 30. That will make blowing fun! Outside is 20 and stove room is 84 burning sugar.

We had 16.4 this morning with the pellet stove doing its job overnight. We switched over to the wood stove around 10:15 a.m.

Why do you switch between the pellet and wood stove? Does the pellet stove not heat as well as wood?
