It looked like a big storm but then suddenly it just started breaking up.

Highs in the mid 80's today and the dewpoint down. Still sticky but nowhere's near as bad when the DP is over 70*. Connecticut broke a record for most days 90* or hotter with 20! The record was 19 from last year. Nuggets, bark and buggy logs in the firepit. Grilled some turkey sausage and ate outside tonight as it was comfortable enough. Stay cool :dennis: my hoarding friends! IMG_2864.JPG

Last two mornings were right at 50 degrees. When you add in the low humidity, it definitely felt like an early taste of autumn. The low temps obviously won't last however they were a nice change from how this summer has been. Can't wait for the snow to fly.

Another 50 degree morning. I'm really loving this. Reminds me of when we were Yoopers.

I've been in London when it was unusually hot. Too many places without A/C.

Yes, I think that these days, you’ll
find that more offices, shops and other commercial buildings will have A/C. It’s still quite rare in residential properties but we don’t really get very hot weather for prolonged periods, especially further north. It would have been great to have some AC with the warm and muggy weather today. I don’t know how some of you cope with hot weather, it’s not for me.
