Well, we were blessed with at least another 5" on top of what was delivered overnight today. Actually broke out the snowblower!

Currently 9f but feels like -7f. Temps will drop some more and yes, its still snowing.

Snow is falling and adding up in Popcorn. I trapped up the woodshed for the snowfall, and loaded the Mule with some ash that I cut and split from a log that had the bark fall off it. The next couple of days, I will deplete that supply and the woodshed will remain near capacity.

settling in to watch the tv show I posted about, and scoffing as the thermometer drops to 14 f. Overnight

Yeah, it's cold out there. 16° with a wind chill of 1°

We might break records for lows here.

A nice sized split of apple, with a bunch of ash in the stove. 70° inside.

Low 20s overnight with a fresh 6" of powder. Single digit lows the rest of the week, so we'll be burning full loads.

16f heading down to 6f tonight, about an inch of snow almost brought the city to it's knees. Already getting tired of winter. Mostly basswood in the stove but will be ash and maybe white oak tonight.

16° still here, but they say it will go down to 8° overnight, which will be a record low. Tomorrow doesn't look any nicer.

-12c/10f right now which isnt so bad. Took quiet awhile to warm the house up after being gone for 2.5 days. We were lazy and got the ball rolling with the furnace until the wood stove got going. Now we are keeping warm with a load of spruce.
