14F & dropping, sunny all day, what a treat! Plowed about 3" this morning in the bright moonlight. Another nice night tonight, clear with the bright super moon. Oak & Maple in the boiler. Down around 0 tonight they say.
Been pretty mild here. 20s at night and 30s during the day. Boiler is stingy with wood...only about 4 cord so far this year.
-23c/-9.5f outside at the moment. Im just waiting on a few coals to burn down to load the stove with an overnight offering of larch. 23c/73f upstairs from the wood stove. Ill be heading to the stove room shortly where its nice and cozy!
18*-68*.....red oak goin....5-8"s startin tomorrow mornin....before ending....sleet,freezin rain.....same ole...same ole...
-2f now. 4-6" of snow on tap for tomorrow. Then warming to the 30s by Saturday, with a potentially bigger snowfall predicted for the weekend.
Feels like -4, 75 inside on coals. I cleaned up 3” of fluff yesterday about sundown, another 6” coming Thursday that will end as sleet and rain but at least it’ll be warmer. Weather guessers say we’re on a 3 day storm schedule for awhile.
I'm hearing the same, and you just know it will pile up faster than it'll melt! 19° here, headed to 30 or so, sunny and breezy. I'll do something outside, maybe split the oak that's in the driveway, it has to get moved sometime soon.
16 degrees out, we went from a 60% chance of snow to nothing, mid 50's Wednesday. Oklahoma's finest Oak today baby.
