Looks like the guessers have settled in that we are in the 3" to 6" range for snow tonight and tomorrow.

It's 36F and raining here in my area of NH. Feeding just enough to maintain a comfy-cozy feeling (currently 64 indoors). The misses is cutting quilt pieces & I'm making soup for lunch. Oldies station on the radio. Pork chops, mashed taters, green beans, biscuits followed by a slab of warm apple pie for Sunday meal. Happy Sunday!

Temps hanging around -13 C feels -20 C or 8 F feels -4 F this morning, and that's as good as it's going to get all day. Looks like a blip of cold rolling in tonight and tomorrow. Poplar in the reactor same as always.

I let the stove go out to get it clean for tomorrow the high is only suppose to be in the mid 30's. Been burning sugar maple and wild cherry way to warm to burn anything right now at 63.

On my to do list. :emb:

I do most the plowing with the grizzly and still use the tractor for coop duties. Waiting for a little more of a freeze. Test fit them and they'll work perfect. Main tractor use is big snows or moving piles. I was looking at a sander today online. Luckily the town guy, whom is a good buddy backed all the way in and sanded during this ice event today.

Sometimes, but not my responsibility fully. Only a couple town guys with a big area to plow. Any substantial snow storms, I do it. He typically can't get up for awhile. Today, I relaxed indoors and he came up and sanded.

Spent the day in Wisconsin doing our best to help keep it green!

The plow drivers obviously have the day off as every where we went, the roads were glazed and slippery!

The wind is picking up and the strong cold front from the west is coming in that is clobbering Missouri and they are under a blizzard warning which is something else. Rain is suppose to change over to heavy snow and strong winds maybe 1-3 inches or more.
But i will wait and see what happens.

Most accurate forecast right there! 38F & dropping, low pressure & 6-8" of wet snow coming they say. Got about 5 cord of wood under cover near the boiler, plow truck & other vehicles inside in the heat. Alarm set for 0 dark thirty. If we get 6-8 of wet stuff I'll make bank fixing plows. We'll see what happens.
